1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Zultem (Tax ID 244007225), hereinafter "Zultem" or "the Operator" — a designation valid regardless of the legal form of the entity at any given time —, uses cookies and similar technologies on zultem.com and account.zultem.com (jointly, "the Store"). This document complements the Privacy Policy, applying specifically to the processing of data through cookies, pursuant to Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) and the national legislation transposing it.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device when they visit a website, allowing the device to be recognised on subsequent visits, preferences to be saved, or information about the use of the site to be collected. The term "cookies" is used here, for simplicity, to also cover similar technologies, such as pixels, local storage and device identifiers.
3. Categories of Cookies Used
The Store may use cookies from the following categories, depending on the tools active at any given time:

4. Specific Cookies Used
The following table identifies, on an indicative basis, the cookies that the Store may use. Not all of the tools referred to here will necessarily be active at all times: the actually active list may vary depending on the tools that Zultem has installed on the Store at any given time.

This table is indicative and may be supplemented, without the need to amend this Policy, by a cookie management panel integrated into the Store, which displays the updated and specific list of cookies actually active at any given time. The absence of a specific tool relative to the one listed in this table, or the introduction of an additional tool within the same categories, does not affect the validity or the informative sufficiency of this Policy.
5. Consent Management
On first access to the Store, the user is presented with a cookie consent panel, through which they can:
- Accept all non-essential cookies;
- Reject all non-essential cookies;
- Customise consent by category (preferences, analytics, marketing).
Strictly necessary cookies are always active, as they are indispensable to the operation of the Store, and do not depend on consent, pursuant to the exception provided for in applicable law.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
The user may, at any time, change or withdraw their consent regarding non-essential cookies, through the cookie management panel accessible from the Store's footer, or through their own browser's cookie and privacy settings, which allow already stored cookies to be blocked or deleted.
Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality or the user experience of the Store, particularly with regard to remembered preferences.
7. Third-Party Cookies
When active, some of the tools indicated in section 4 are provided by third parties (namely analytics and advertising service providers), which may set their own cookies and process data pursuant to their respective privacy policies. Zultem selects these providers based on compliance criteria and only activates the corresponding cookies upon the user's consent, pursuant to section 5.
8. Relationship with the Privacy Policy
The processing of personal data collected through cookies is governed, as to the remaining conditions — namely purposes, legal bases, data subject rights and retention periods —, by the Privacy Policy, of which this Cookie Policy constitutes a specialised complement.
9. Changes to This Policy
Zultem may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the tools used or in applicable legislation. The version in force is always the one published on zultem.com, indicating the date of the last update.
